| RETURN POLICY
Items may be returned via prepaid shipping in their original condition for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. See the Return Conditions and Procedures below.
A $5.00 per item re-stocking fee plus any additional shipping fees will be charged. By returning an item you Authorize the payment of these charges.
Returns will be accepted only if the products are unused and in the same condition received or for products that were damaged or defective prior to shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Shirt Crazy DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR GOODS DAMAGED BY THE SHIPPING/COURIER COMPANY. SHIPPED GOODS SHALL BE EXAMINED BY THE CUSTOMER BEFORE ACCEPTING THEM FROM THE SHIPPING COMPANY. ANY DAMAGE MUST TO BE REPORTED TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY IMMEDIATELY.
Return Conditions and Procedures
- All merchandise must be unused new condition (the same condition as it was received).
- All merchandise must be properly packaged.
- Whenever possible, merchandise should be packaged the same way it was received. (Using First Class Postage instead of Priority Mail to reduce shipping cost is acceptable)
- All exchange/returns must be made within 14 days of item receipt.
If the merchandise is returned by customer via a shipping/courier company:
- Make sure the merchandise is fully insured and packed properly to avoid damage during shipping.
- Customer Name, Address, and the Last Name (if different) on the order is required.
- For Exchanges directions indicating the replacement item requested (item number and size).
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours or if the item has not been ordered from the supplier (supplier orders are normally made each Monday), at no charge. Once an item has been ordered from a supplier, the canceled order will be subject to a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
Additionally cancellations for the following reasons will not incurr a restocking charge:
- Item(s) which report out of stock or discontinued.
- Orders with damaged or incorrect item(s) received.
OUT OF STOCKS AND DISCONTINUES
Shirt Crazy makes every effort to keep the site as current as possible, however many suppliers do not inform us when an item goes in/out of stock or is discontinued until we try to order the item. In these cases, orders will be handled as follows:
- Single Item Orders: The customer will be notified via email and may either cancel the order, utilize the Automatic Reorder, or request a replacement item/size.
- Multiple Item Orders: The items available will be shipped to the customer (the charge and shipping charge will be corrected for what is sent). Customers are notified via email of the missing items and offered the same options as the single order above.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shirt Crazy LLC. (DBA: Shirt Crazy, Rock N Roll Shirt Shop, Shirt Crazy Kids, and I'm Cool Now) does not warehouse (keep in stock) the over 6,000 items available. Items are custom ordered from suppliers to fill customer orders. Your order is shipped as quickly as possible, shipping times will be the combination of the time it takes to get the item from the supplier and the shipping method chosen when the order is made.
Items will normally ship as indicated below, these times are averages and can vary due to supplier problems, holiday peaks, etc.
Please Note BUSINESS DAYS are Monday - Friday.
The normal supplier order cycle is to collect customer orders Monday through Sunday then the items are ordered from the supplier on the next Monday. Individual suppliers are identified by the first 2 letters of the item number. Items are normally shipped on the day received and you will receive them 2-3 days later via Priority Mail, International mailing times vary.
The table below give you estimated times, every effort will be made to ship your item as quickly as possible. The items for your order are in below the shipping table so you can identify the supplier of your items.
